If for any reason you are not satisfied with your OneBagFull package, we will gladly refund or exchange your purchase if you:

• Return your whole package in new or unused condition with original packaging.
• Return your whole package within 30 days of shipment date listed on your invoice.
• Include your invoice with your return. If you do not have your invoice, please indicate your name, address, and order number on a separate piece of paper.

Individual items are nonrefundable; however, if they are damaged, we will exchange them within 30 days of shipment date listed on your invoice.
